You can rent your apartment to us by getting either a fixed monthly rent or by having the amount of the rent depending on the profits made from re-renting the apartment.

Our landlords will retain the normal responsibilities of an apartment landlord and we will take care of everything else. This way, you do not have to worry about furnishing the apartment, cleaning it, doing customer service or other tasks related to renting a furnished apartment. In addition, we take exceptional care of the apartment in accordance with our separate apartment maintenance program.
